I think you did an excellent job with the lighting;it is dark enough to keep the cars from drawing the eye, yet light enough where the sunset doesn't look unnatural. Also, 1/3 - 2/3 horizon.
I also like the lighting in the sky. Good job on capturing the sky with a focal point (the tall lights)to make it interesting. The lights also contribute to the leading line of the horizon.

Gotta love RVC parkinglot sunsets. At least that's what it looks like.

The lighting is exceptional and the placement of the horizon using the rule of thirds is good. Nice silohoutte.
Nice colors and the lights help to show perspective with the shot.
