The water is glassy smooth, and the fact that the rock face and all it's layers are reflected so clearly makes this a really nice shot in my opinion. Good work keeping the 1/3 and 2/3 rule in mind, and the rock is to the upper left, as it should.
I like the reflection seen in the body of water. Also, compositionally, the lines are nice. But I think the color is slightly drab, perhaps taking the shot later in the day would help make the colors more vivid? But overall it really portrays a sense of serenity.

This photo reminds me of home. I like the smooth lines of the cliff and the serinity of the water. Nice focal points.
